I made a choice to be a victim for many years based on my childhood trauma and personal life experiences. Through Christ and maturity, I had to take a stand and advocate for my healing. Through this process a boldness rose in me and in my voice.
I began to understand how important my testimony was for the brokenhearted, the forgotten, the abused, and the rejected. When my metamorphosis took place, the inner healing manifested into the beautiful woman God originally created. Min. Tammy Brown is an educator in the Wake County School System.

I am artistically creative in dance and art. I enjoy outdoor activities, such as camping, hiking, kayaking, and cycling. Outdoors is my happy place.
